Hi, I’m M, a mom, of two, on a mission to make parenting just a little bit easier. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to navigate the endless stream of advice, articles, and books when you’re trying to figure out what’s best for your little one. I’ve also partnered with my brother, Maz, a Paris-based hypnotherapist and  sophrologist, a mind-body technique that aims to promote relaxation, well-being, and self-awareness and, to create a unique set of guided meditations and relaxation tools tailored specifically for mothers. Parenting can be stressful, overwhelming, and all-consuming, and we wanted to offer a resource that helps mothers find moments of calm amidst the chaos. Combining his expertise in relaxation techniques and mindfulness with my firsthand experience as a mom, these meditations are designed to recharge your mental and emotional well-being, empowering you to handle the demands of parenting with greater ease and balance.
